"OMG. Look at all the oil on this. It's so fatty. There's got to be heaps of calories in it. Ew."
We've all heard that line before from a female we know. I'm susceptible to this line too, although more in the past than now. I realised how annoying those type of lines are, so it's made me stop saying them.I hate it when people say things like that. I hate it when people obsess over how much they weigh, "No, I'm not skinny. I'm, like, 47 kilos.". What do they want; for others to tell them, "Are you serious; you're not fat at all - you're so skinny!" and make them feel good? Yeah, probs.
Food would be much more enjoyable if people didn't hyperventilate whenever they saw the fat content. It's so much nicer being able to eat what you want (everything in moderation) without having to overanalyse what type of exercise would burn it all off the fastest.OMG, LOOK. A quarter pounder. YUM. Don't be a pussy, eat it. Pretty sure the however many thousand calories from it won't instantaneously make you obesed.
